Shipping, Returns & Refund Policy
This Shipping, Returns & Refund Policy (“Policy”) governs purchases made through mrdheee.com. By placing an order, you agree to the terms below.
1. Shipping Policy
Origin: All orders are shipped from Nigeria.
Processing Time: Orders are processed within 3–4 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day.
Delivery Times:
Domestic (Nigeria): Estimated 48 hours after dispatch.
International: Estimated 4–5 business days after dispatch.
Carrier: We ship exclusively with DHL.
Shipping Costs: A flat fee of USD $20 applies to orders under USD $200. Orders above USD $200 ship free.
Restrictions: Delivery to P.O. Boxes is not available. Physical addresses are required.
Tracking: Customers receive a tracking number once the order is shipped.
Note: Delivery times are estimates. mrdheee.com is not liable for courier delays, customs inspections, or unforeseen events beyond our control.
2. Returns & Exchanges
2.1 Eligibility
Items must be unworn, unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.
Returns must be initiated within 7 days of receipt (for bespoke/custom items) or within 20 days of receipt (for ready-to-wear items).
Proof of purchase (order number, receipt, or confirmation email) is required.
2.2 Non-Returnable Items
Bespoke & Custom Orders: Tailored specifically to client measurements and preferences. Non-refundable and non-exchangeable unless there was an error on our part.
Sale & Discounted Items: Final sale. Cannot be returned or exchanged.
2.3 Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please notify us within 7 days of delivery. After inspection, we may offer:
A replacement,
An alteration, or
A refund (only if we cannot correct the issue).
2.4 Alterations & Adjustments
As specialists in bespoke clothing, we provide minor fit adjustments upon request. Customers are responsible for alteration and shipping costs unless the issue was caused by an error in our production process.
3. Refunds
Refunds are only issued for:
Defective items,
Incorrect items, or
Orders unfulfilled due to our error.
Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7–14 business days of approval.
Shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases where the error was ours.
4. Liability & Risk
Once your order has been shipped and a tracking number issued, ownership and risk of loss transfer to the customer.
mrdheee.com is not liable for:
Courier delays, damage, or loss during transit,
Customs duties, taxes, or clearance delays, or
Deliveries to incorrect/incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees applied in their destination country.
5. Return & Exchange Process
To request a return, exchange, or alteration:
Email info@mrdheee.com with your order number, photos of the item, and a description of the issue.
Our team will review and respond within 2–3 business days.
If approved, ship the item back to our designated address.
Once received and inspected, we will process the exchange, alteration, or refund in accordance with this Policy.
6. Amendments
mrdheee.com reserves the right to update or amend this Policy at any time without prior notice. The version published on this website at the time of purchase shall apply.
