1. Returns & Exchanges

At MR DHEEE Cloth Surgeon, we take pride in delivering high-quality, bespoke fashion pieces tailored to perfection. Due to the nature of our craftsmanship, we only accept returns and exchanges under specific conditions:

Eligibility for Return/Exchange:
o Items must be unworn, unused, unwashed, and in their original packagingwith all tags attached.
o Returns must be initiated within 7 days of receiving the item.
o The item must have a valid proof of purchase (order number, receipt, or confirmation email).
Non-Returnable Items:
o Bespoke & Custom Orders: Since these are tailored specifically to each client’s measurements and preferences, they are non-refundable and non-exchangeable unless there was an error on our part.
o Sale & Discounted Items: Items purchased at a discounted rate are final saleand cannot be returned or exchanged.
Faulty or Incorrect Items:
If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order. We will inspect the issue and offer a replacement, alteration, or refund.
 

2. Refund Policy
Refunds are only applicable for defective, incorrect, or unfulfilled orders on our part.
Refunds will be processed via the original payment method within 7-14 business days after approval.
Shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases where we made an error.

3. Alterations & Adjustments

Since we specialize in bespoke clothing, minor fit adjustments can be made upon request. Customers are responsible for alteration and shipping costs unless the issue was due to an error in our production process.

4. How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

To request a return or exchange, please follow these steps:

1. Email [email protected] with your order number, photos of the item, and a description of the issue.
2. Wait for our team to review and approve your request within 2-3 business days.
3. If approved, ship the item back to our designated address (return shipping costs apply unless it was our error).
4. Once received and inspected, we will process the exchange, alteration, or refund accordingly.
